For services where the final price depends on things like hair length, quantity, colouring, customization or the style you want, we’ll discuss the details and confirm the price with you before your booking is finalized.

Before We Confirm Your Booking

Once you submit the form, we’ll review your request. If your preferred date and time are available, we’ll confirm the appointment and send you the details needed to pay the 50% booking deposit.

Your appointment is secured once the required deposit has been received. For services that need more information before pricing, we’ll contact you first to discuss the details.

Booking Information

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit is deducted from your total service cost.

Cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling

If you need to move your appointment, please let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment time.

Late Arrival

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this time may result in an additional late fee, adjustment to the service, or cancellation of the appointment, depending on the circumstances and the day’s schedule.

Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but booking ahead is recommended.

Home Services

Home services are available depending on the service and location. The service and travel fee will be discussed with you before booking.
